How We Support You
We provide respectful, person-centred assistance with daily personal hygiene routines, including showering, bathing, grooming, and dressing, supporting you to look and feel your best every day.
Our team helps maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home environment. Services include general housework, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
We believe meaningful connection is essential to wellbeing. Our support workers provide genuine companionship, engaging conversation, and social activities to reduce isolation and bring joy to everyday life.
We support participants to get out and engage with their community, whether it's attending appointments, participating in local activities, visiting friends and family, or exploring new interests and experiences.
Our experienced staff are trained to deliver complex, high-intensity personal support for participants with greater needs. We provide skilled, consistent care that prioritises safety, dignity, and quality of life for even the most complex clients.
Our registered nurses deliver professional healthcare in the comfort of your own home. Services include health assessments, monitoring of vital signs such as blood pressure and blood sugar levels, wound assessment and management, and medication administration including oral and subcutaneous medications.
We offer tailored, around-the-clock support for participants living in shared or individual accommodation. Our SIL services are designed around each person's goals, enabling greater independence while ensuring the right level of assistance is always available.
We assist participants in accessing purpose-built housing designed to meet the needs of those who require a high level of support or specialized design features to live safely and comfortably.

Ace of Care was founded by a leadership team that brings together the best of clinical excellence and business acumen. With over a decade of experience in nursing, one of our co-founders has worked across intensive care, aged care, virtual care, and correctional health. She has contributed to health policy as a representative of the ministry of health, that being the governing body of NSW Health.
