Social Support – Meaningful Connection for Every Day
We believe genuine companionship and social connection are essential to health and happiness. Our support workers bring warmth, conversation and joy to everyday life.
At Ace of Care, we understand that meaningful connection is essential to wellbeing.
Our support workers provide genuine companionship, engaging conversation, and social activities to reduce isolation and bring joy to everyday life. We don’t just show up — we show up with care, curiosity and a genuine interest in you as a person.
What Is Social Support?
Social Support under the NDIS recognises that connection, companionship and participation in community life are just as important as physical care. Isolation and loneliness can have a significant impact on mental and physical wellbeing — and everyone deserves to feel seen, heard and valued.
Our Social Support services are designed to help you stay connected, engaged and active — whether that’s in your own home, out in the community, or both.

Our Approach to Social Support
We believe social support is most valuable when it's built on trust, genuine interest and respect for your individuality. Every person has different social needs — and we take the time to understand yours.
Our support workers are selected not only for their skills but for their warmth and empathy. We carefully match workers to participants based on personality, interests and communication style to build a real, lasting rapport.
- Activities based on what you enjoy
- No pressure — you set the pace
- Support to try new things if you'd like
- Comfortable, familiar routines respected
- Culturally aware and respectful support
- Language and communication preferences honoured
- Inclusive and provide neuro affirming care
- Safe, supportive and non-judgmental
