Community Access – Getting Out and Living Your Life
We support participants to get out, engage with their community and explore the world around them — with confidence, safety and the right support by their side.
At Ace of Care, we believe every person has the right to engage with their community on their own terms.
Whether it’s attending appointments, participating in local activities, visiting friends and family, or exploring new interests and experiences — our support workers are here to make it happen. We provide practical assistance and genuine encouragement to help you get out and make the most of every day.
What Is Community Access?
